EFESO Studio is provided by Non-Fiction Agency to EFESO Management Consultants under the agreement between them. By signing in you agree to these terms. If these terms and that agreement ever disagree, the agreement wins.

Your account

• Accounts are created by invitation only. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell Non-Fiction right away if you think someone else has used them.
• Use EFESO Studio for EFESO's own business. Do not share what it shows outside EFESO unless your agreement with Non-Fiction allows it.
• Do not try to reach data you have not been given access to, copy the application, or interfere with how it runs.

What the information is

The figures, rankings, findings and suggestions in EFESO Studio are assembled from third-party data and public web pages, and some of the text is produced by automated systems. They are there to inform decisions, not to make them. They can be incomplete or out of date, and Non-Fiction does not promise that any figure is exact or that acting on a suggestion will produce a result.

Content drafts

Drafts produced in EFESO Studio for EFESO belong to EFESO once approved, as set out in the agreement between EFESO and Non-Fiction. Non-Fiction keeps ownership of the application itself.

Availability

EFESO Studio is a live system that Non-Fiction changes and improves over time. It may be paused for maintenance, and features may be added, changed or removed. Non-Fiction can close an account or suspend access if these terms are broken or when the agreement with EFESO ends.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Non-Fiction is not liable for losses that result from relying on information shown in EFESO Studio or from the application being unavailable.
