EFESO Studio is a private web application built and run by Non-Fiction Agency for EFESO Management Consultants. This page explains what information the application holds, why it holds it, and who can see it.
Who can use EFESO Studio
There is no public sign-up. Accounts exist only for people Non-Fiction invites on behalf of EFESO. The application is not intended for anyone under 18.
Information about you
When you have an account, EFESO Studio stores:
- Your name and work email address, so you can sign in and so the application can show who wrote a comment or approved a draft.
- A sign-in session, kept in a cookie in your browser, so you stay signed in.
- Actions you take inside the application, such as comments, edits, approvals and requests on content drafts.
- If you use the help panel, the questions you ask and the answers you receive, so Non-Fiction can see what is unclear and improve the application.
The application does not use advertising cookies, does not track you on other websites, and does not sell or rent any information about you.
Information about EFESO's marketing
Most of what EFESO Studio shows is information about companies, not people: how often consulting firms are mentioned in AI answers and search results, what those answers say, and what is being published on the topics EFESO works in. This information comes from third-party data providers and from public web pages. It is collected by scheduled jobs on Non-Fiction's systems, not while you use the application.
Google Analytics and Google Search Console data
EFESO Studio reads website traffic and search data for EFESO's own web properties from Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Access is read-only and is authorized by a Non-Fiction account that EFESO has given access to those properties. The data is used for one purpose: to show EFESO's traffic and search performance inside EFESO Studio. It is stored in the application's database, is visible only to signed-in EFESO Studio users, and is never sold, used for advertising, or shared with anyone else.
EFESO Studio's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Services that help run the application
These providers process information on Non-Fiction's behalf:
- Supabase, which hosts the database and handles sign-in.
- Vercel, which hosts the application.
- OpenAI, which generates the answers in the help panel. When you ask a question there, your question and the text of the page you are looking at are sent to OpenAI to produce the answer. No sign-in details are sent.
- Data providers that supply AI-answer and search data about companies. Nothing about you is sent to them.
How long information is kept
Account information is kept for as long as the account exists. Marketing data is kept for as long as Non-Fiction runs EFESO Studio for EFESO. When the engagement ends, or when EFESO asks, the data is deleted.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete information about you, or to close your account, email Non-Fiction at nick@nonfiction.agency.
